Through life’s journey so far, I have come to realise a connection to those around me, in bringing support, encouragement and techniques to help us take control of both our mind and body - and empower us to connect the two.

Starting off with a physical connection and focus, taking my body to the physical limits, however leaving my mind to fend for itself, I came to learn that a balance was required, as the mental strength and dedication required to push my body to the limits was achieved through this process, however the recuperation and mental downtime was not. When my body started to show the physical signs of stress, through severe allergic reaction symptoms, I started to listen and take note of my own internal environment and to understand the value of homeostasis, or balance, for both the body and the mind.

After 10 years travelling the world, living and working with different cultures, I have grown to realise where our focus is amiss for our ideas of a "successful" life. Rather than running ourselves ragged to achieve status in our careers, or society, and leave our minds on the wayside without a second thought for our own personal wellbeing, or to work ourselves to the point of zero-productivity and to the detriment of our health. It's about acknowledging our own inner needs and identifying with them on a daily basis. Even if we take just 10 minutes each day to stop, be present in the moment and get to know our authentic self, removing the busyness from our minds for those minutes and focus on listening to our own inner voice.

Each of my focuses here within OHM Mind Body are towards empowering each of us to take control of our own lives and discover the true beauty of life itself, to create an inner journey towards peace and contentment each and every day.

Yoga & Workshops

Yoga: Another way to find inner peace and balance in life.  

Completing my Yoga Teaching Certification in Rishikesh, India, opened my eyes and mind to the depths of Yoga, from their original, spiritual source. Primarily studying Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, my teaching style has developed from a disciplined, structured root, evolving into a blend for each unique class I teach, tailoring each class to suit those present.


Group sessions, half day/full day workshops and weekend courses are available. As well as individual one-on-one sessions and tailored corporate courses.

Pregnancy Yoga

My Yoga practice led me to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the marvel of the human body and all it can accomplish. I feel honoured to have studied Pregnancy Yoga qualifications under Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, author of “Yoni Shakti” and leader in teaching Yoga Nidra & Pregnancy Yoga & Women’s Yoga. Creating an immersive experience for our pre-natal women, creating a safe space to connect into the breath of mother and baby. Tailored with safe exercises to strengthen, both physically and mentally, whilst also learning breathing techniques which can be used throughout pregnancy, birth and post-natal.

Through each class I learnt how the breathing used in yoga can be transferred across to help in labour. The relaxation techniques went hand in hand with the antenatal class we did and helped me throughout labour. Olivia was on hand at any point if I had any questions to ask when we weren’t in class and was always happy to help if I was doing my own yoga at home. This led to my practice and dedication to the depths of yoga, meditation and mindfulness and began a continuing journey of self-discovery and development of awareness. From my initial Yoga teacher training in India, I went on to study Yoga Nidra, Pregnancy Yoga & Yoga for Immune & Respiratory Health, the knowledge from each of these courses and experience of them, has helped shape me, and led me back to my original passion for helping and connecting with others. I discovered KGHypnobirthing through my drive to create a nurturing environment throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond, for both mother and baby. The knowledge learned throughout KGH surpasses expectations, and is something uniquely tailored and created, which every mother-to-be should have the opportunity to experience and feel empowered by.
